Our Design Concept service begins with a site measure to model the existing dwelling accurately. We specialize in space planning and concept development, presenting preliminary interior design concepts and finishes. Utilizing mood boards, 3D models, and physical samples, we offer suggestions for layouts, products, and finishings to enhance your space. 

This comprehensive offering includes the design concept above and continues into all interior selections, covering fixtures, fittings, and finishes for your spaces. We provide detailed scaled interior design documentation, including non-architectural plans, elevations, tile layouts, and plumbing & electrical set-outs, which are crucial for construction. We conduct visits to suppliers on your behalf for efficient sample and product pickups, ensuring a seamless and precise realization of your interior design vision.

Meet with one of our designers at up to two of our favorite local suppliers to pick out paint, flooring, fixtures or furnishings for your project. You will get 6 hours with the designer 1-on-1 to discuss all the details.

This service begins with the development of a design concept and furniture package, covering furniture, soft furnishings, art, and accessories for your spaces. We prioritize the incorporation of existing pieces you already own to maintain a personalized touch. This phase begins during the Design Concept Phase to ensure a seamless and cohesive design.
