Mike Brockman
Mike was raised in Nashville, TN and moved to Huntsville to pursue a career after receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After 11 years of engineering experience he left engineering to pursue home building and real estate. He leveraged his engineering background as a Project Manager for a custom home builder and to assist people in buying, selling and investing in real estate. Mike is the co-Team Lead of The Stillwater Real Estate Team with Capstone Realty, and carries the values of hard work, integrity, communication, attention to detail, and outstanding client service into everything he does.

Justin Fuller
Justin was raised in Anniston, AL and moved to Huntsville to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UAH. Since obtaining his degree he has gained 4 years of engineering experience working for Georgia Tech Research Institute. After going through the construction process to build his own home, Justin decided to take the jump to become a custom home builder himself. He saw an opportunity to use his hands-on approach to bring quality custom home building techniques to North Central Alabama and elevate the standards of the local building industry.

John Fuller
John is a Director of Construction and Quality Assurance at Stillwater-Build with over 35 years of Engineering experience helping homeowners, churches, schools, and businesses manage a wide variety of projects ranging from simple repairs and maintenance to greenfield plant construction. Known as a Jack-of-all-trades, John uses his passion for solving problems to help customers efficiently achieve their desired results.
To achieve our vision of “Build Better”, John uses his degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University along with his experience as an Engineering Large Project Leader and Quality Division Manager to ensure the products and materials Stillwater uses are compliant with the manufacturers requirements and industry standards. His attention to detail and quality of work have earned the respect of our customers and given them confidence in our team’s performance. John may spend his days on various jobs for Stillwater, but the challenge of precision finish carpentry, and repairing old wooden windows gets him excited. When he’s not at Stillwater, John, and his wife of 35 years love spending time at home cooking and grilling for their family and friends.

Zach Whitt
Zach was born and raised in Athens, AL and moved back to the area after receiving a bachelors degree in Sport Management from Troy University. There he gained a few years experience in facility and grounds management, which lead him to work the next few years in landscaping back in the Athens and Madison area. Lead by a creative desire to make things with his own hands, Zach began designing and building his own custom tiny house, which opened his eyes to the world of home building. It has also given him a great appreciation for things being done with the utmost care and he values the highest quality all the way down to the smallest details.

I am a lifelong native of North Alabama and I am very proud to call it home. I have a passion for building relationships and serving people, so I chose to supplement my real estate agent work with a career in construction to help other families transform their house into a home. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and anything to do with sports. I live in Decatur with my beautiful wife Anna, daughter May and our dog Andie.

Mason was born in Decatur, AL. After completing his Associates at Calhoun Community College in General Studies, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After serving 9 years as an Aviation Electromechanical Technician, he returned to the area with an Associate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management form Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Strong attention to detail, admiration of teamwork, and safety are his top concerns to complete any mission/assignment.

Michelle was born in San Jose, California and spent her childhood on the beaches of the Marshall Islands. She moved back to the states as a teenager, bouncing from California to Northern Virginia, before eventually landing in Huntsville in 2009. Having always been drawn to elegant simplicity, she is captivated by Stillwater's vision, craftsmanship, and culture; and is grateful to be working behind the scenes in multiple facets of Stillwater & Co.
